Mary Macleod's Shortbread guarantees complete satisfaction with every order. If for some reason your order does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us by email at info@marymacleod.ca. Please include your order number and name along with a description of your problem. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we ask that you do not return the original product to us.

Nut Allergies:
We do use walnuts, filberts and other nuts in some of our recipes. Although we do not include nuts in every recipe, there is a possibility that any of our products could contain trace amounts of nut oils. We ask that individuals with allergies to nuts refrain from eating our baked goods.

Shipping:
Shipping charges are calculated during check-out and is based on weight and distance. Shipments must be to Canadian and United States physical addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
When specifying the delivery address, please make sure to include any apartment, suite, unit, or floor numbers that will be required for delivery. We ask for a phone number for each shipping address in case there is a problem delivering the order.
If the address information that is provided is not valid, our courier may be unable to deliver your package and we will not refund product or shipping charges based on incorrect addresses. If you would like us to ship the product again to a different delivery address, you will be responsible for the additional product and shipping charges.
Shipping Delays Disclaimer: Shipping refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by events or incidents beyond our, or our carrier's control, which may include: adverse weather conditions, unavailability or refusal to accept packages, natural disasters, civil unrest, labor disputes, and disruptions in transportation networks. Shipped refunds may not be given if an incorrect delivery address was provided, which includes omission of suite, apartment, unit, or floor numbers.
